Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
  2. Add minced ginger and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Stir well.
  4. Add shrimp and salt. Stir-fry until shrimp is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
