Ingredients 

Marinade

  • 1 cup Yogurt plain
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin ground
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander ground
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger minced
  • 8 pieces Chicken Thighs skinless, bone-in

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the marinated chicken on a baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  5. Serve hot with naan or rice.
