Satay Ingredients
- 500 g Pork shoulder, cut into cubes
- 3 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Peanut butter
- 2 tablespoon Lime juice
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, peanut butter, lime juice, garlic, ground coriander, ground cumin, turmeric powder, brown sugar, and salt. Mix well.
2. Add the pork cubes to the marinade and mix until well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Thread the marinated pork cubes onto skewers.
5. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and slightly charred.
6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
