Main Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef bones preferably with marrow
- 1 large onion quartered
- 2 cloves garlic smashed
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 2 large carrots chopped
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon pepper to taste
- 8 cups water
Place beef bones in the Instant Pot.
Add onion, garlic, celery, carrots, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Pour in water until bones and vegetables are fully submerged.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to 'Soup/Broth' setting for 120 minutes.
Once the cooking cycle is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally.
Strain the broth through a fine-mesh strainer.
Let it cool, then refrigerate or freeze for later use.
