Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Celery, sliced
  • 1 cup Onion, diced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Biscuit dough Cut into small pieces

Instructions 

  1. 1. Set Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add a bit of oil and cook chicken until browned.
  2. 2. Add carrots, celery, and onion. Cook until softened.
  3. 3. Pour in chicken broth and season with salt and pepper. Stir well.
  4. 4. Add biscuit dough pieces on top. Do not stir.
  5. 5. Seal the Instant Pot and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Once done, quick release the pressure. Stir in frozen peas and let sit for a few minutes before serving.
