Instant Pot Chicken Soup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast boneless, skinless
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 Onion diced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 3 Carrots sliced
- 2 Celery stalks sliced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
1. Turn on the Instant Pot and select the sauté function.
2. Add a bit of oil, then sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
3. Add the chicken, carrots, celery, chicken broth, salt, pepper, thyme, and parsley.
4. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 10 minutes.
5. Once the cooking time is up, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
6. Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot. Stir well.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
