- 4 pieces Lamb shoulder chops
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
1. Season the lamb shoulder chops with salt and black pepper.
2. Set the Instant Pot to 'Sauté' mode and add olive oil.
3. Brown the lamb chops on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
4. Add minced garlic to the pot and sauté for 1 minute.
5. Pour in the chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pot.
6. Return the lamb chops to the pot and sprinkle with dried rosemary.
7. Close the lid, set the valve to 'Sealing', and cook on 'Manual' high pressure for 30 minutes.
8. Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
9. Serve the lamb chops with the cooking juices.
