Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Lamb shoulder, cut into chunks
- 4 cups Beef broth
- 1 cup Water
- 4 Carrots, peeled and chopped
- 4 Potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 teaspoon Thyme
- 2 teaspoon Rosemary
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the lamb chunks and brown on all sides.
3. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
4. Pour in the beef broth and water, and bring to a boil.
5. Add the carrots, potatoes, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
6. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 2 hours or until the lamb is tender.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
