Instructions
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.
4. Add the sardines (with oil) and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
5. Stir in the soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
6. Combine the cooked rice with the sardine mixture and mix well.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
