Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rice uncooked
  • 1 can Sardines in oil
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  4. 4. Add the sardines (with oil) and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in the soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  6. 6. Combine the cooked rice with the sardine mixture and mix well.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
