  • 4 Pork Chops bone-in
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Brush the pork chops with the mixture, making sure they are well coated.
  4. 4. Place the pork chops on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  5. 5. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
