- 3 lbs Beef chuck roast
- 2 cups Beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
2. Add beef broth, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Top with sliced bell peppers and minced garlic.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
5. Shred the beef with two forks and mix with the juices in the slow cooker.
