- 2 lbs Beef Chuck Roast
- 1 packet Italian Seasoning Mix
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 4 Hoagie Rolls
- 1 cup Giardiniera Optional
1. Place beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
2. Sprinkle Italian seasoning mix over the beef.
3. Pour beef broth into the slow cooker.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender.
5. Shred the beef using two forks.
6. Serve shredded beef on hoagie rolls, topped with giardiniera if desired.
