Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g pork tenderloin thinly sliced
  • 200 g pasta
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese optional

Instructions 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add pork slices, cook until browned.
  5. Add bell pepper and Italian seasoning, cook until vegetables are tender.
  6. Toss in cooked pasta, mix well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with grated Parmesan if desired.
