Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Sub rolls
  • 8 slices Provolone cheese
  • 8 slices Salami
  • 8 slices Ham
  • 8 slices Pepperoni
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • ½ Red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice the sub rolls in half lengthwise.
  2. 2. Layer the provolone cheese, salami, ham, and pepperoni on the bottom half of each roll.
  3. 3. Top with shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and thinly sliced red onion.
  4. 4. Drizzle olive oil and red wine vinegar over the top. Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  5. 5. Place the top half of the roll on the sandwich and press down gently.
  6. 6. Serve immediately or wrap tightly in foil and refrigerate until ready to serve.
