Jackfruit Pulled Pork Recipe
A delicious vegan alternative to pulled pork using jackfruit.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cans Young Green Jackfruit drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the drained jackfruit to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a fork.
3. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
4. Pour in the BBQ sauce and mix until the jackfruit is well coated.
5. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Serve on buns or as desired.
