- 2 cups Mashed potatoes boiled and mashed
- 1 cup Ground beef cooked
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, cooked ground beef, and chopped onion. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Shape the mixture into small patties.
3. Dredge each patty in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the croquettes until golden brown and crispy.
5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
