Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Thinly sliced beef
  • 1 medium Carrot cut into thin strips
  • 1 medium Bell pepper cut into thin strips
  • 4 stalks Green onions cut into halves
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Lay out the beef slices and place a few strips of carrot, bell pepper, and green onion on each slice.
  2. 2. Roll up the beef slices tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  3. 3. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the beef rolls and cook until browned on all sides.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Pour the mixture over the beef rolls and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
  5. 5. Remove the toothpicks and serve the beef rolls hot.
