Main Ingredients
- 500 g Thinly sliced beef
- 1 medium Carrot cut into thin strips
- 1 medium Bell pepper cut into thin strips
- 4 stalks Green onions cut into halves
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1. Lay out the beef slices and place a few strips of carrot, bell pepper, and green onion on each slice.
2. Roll up the beef slices tightly and secure with toothpicks.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the beef rolls and cook until browned on all sides.
4. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Pour the mixture over the beef rolls and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
5. Remove the toothpicks and serve the beef rolls hot.
