Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  4. 4. Push the vegetables to the side and pour the beaten eggs into the wok. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  5. 5. Add the cooked rice to the wok and mix everything together.
  6. 6. Pour the soy sauce over the rice and stir well to combine.
  7. 7. Add the chopped green onions and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
