Main Ingredients
- 500 g Pork loin, thinly sliced
- 1 piece Ginger, grated about 1 inch
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1. In a bowl, mix grated ginger, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. Add pork slices and cook until browned on both sides.
4. Pour the ginger sauce over the pork and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Serve hot with rice and vegetables.
