  • 500 g Pork loin, thinly sliced
  • 1 piece Ginger, grated about 1 inch
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix grated ginger, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add pork slices and cook until browned on both sides.
