- 500 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 units Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying
1. Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
3. Dredge the shrimp in the flour mixture, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
4. Fry the shrimp in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
5. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
