Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 4 cups Beef broth
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, and paprika. Cook for another minute.
4. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for 10 minutes.
5. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese. Cook until the cheese is melted and the soup is heated through.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
