King Ranch Chicken Casserole Recipe
A classic Tex-Mex casserole with layers of chicken, cheese, and tortillas.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 12 pieces Corn Tortillas, cut into strips
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes with green chilies, chicken broth, sour cream, chili powder, and garlic powder.
Layer half of the corn tortilla strips in the bottom of a baking dish.
Spread half of the chicken mixture over the tortillas.
Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the chicken mixture.
Repeat the layers with the remaining tortillas, chicken mixture, and cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
