Ingredients 

Soup Ingredients

  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups Water
  • 3 medium Potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream

Dumpling Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth and water to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the diced potatoes and chopped onion. Cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. 3. While the potatoes are cooking, mix the dumpling ingredients in a bowl to form a dough.
  4. 4. Drop small spoonfuls of the dough into the boiling soup. Cook for another 10-15 minutes, until the dumplings are cooked through.
  5. 5. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Serve hot.
