Stuffing

  • 1 cup Rice uncooked
  • 0.5 pound Ground Lamb
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Mint
  • 30 Grape Leaves jarred or fresh

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rice, ground lamb, chopped onion, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and dried mint. Mix well.
