Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and your favorite condiments
Mix lamb, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Form into 4 patties.
