Instructions
Season lamb chops with rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Remove lamb chops and set aside.
Add balsamic vinegar, chicken broth, and honey to the pan.
Cook until the sauce reduces by half.
Return lamb chops to the pan and coat with the sauce.
Serve hot.
