  • 500 g Ground lamb
  • 200 g Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 Bell peppers, halved and seeded
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, crumbled feta, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stuff the halved bell peppers with the lamb mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until the lamb is fully cooked.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
