- 500 g Ground lamb
- 200 g Feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 Bell peppers, halved and seeded
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, crumbled feta, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Stuff the halved bell peppers with the lamb mixture.
Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until the lamb is fully cooked.
