- 1.5 kg Lamb shoulder
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Rosemary fresh, chopped
1. Rub the lamb shoulder with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
2. Place the lamb in the slow cooker.
3. Add the minced garlic, chicken broth, and rosemary.
4. Cook on low for 8 hours.
5. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
