Lamb Korma Recipe
A rich and creamy lamb curry with a blend of spices.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Lamb, cubed
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 tablespoon Ghee or Oil
- 1 large Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- to taste Salt
- to taste Fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish
Heat ghee or oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add minced garlic and ginger, cook for another 2 minutes.
Add turmeric, cumin, coriander, and garam masala. Stir well.
Add the cubed lamb and cook until browned on all sides.
Stir in the yogurt and coconut milk. Bring to a simmer.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for about 45 minutes or until the lamb is tender.
Season with salt to taste.
Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
