- 1 lb Ground Lamb
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 small Onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, salt, pepper, onion, garlic, and parsley.
Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and press it down evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
