  • 1 lb Ground Lamb
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 small Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, salt, pepper, onion, garlic, and parsley.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and press it down evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
