Main Ingredients
- 500 g Ground Lamb
- 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.
2. Form the mixture into small patties.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through.
5. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
