Lamb Ribs with Honey and Wine
Delicious lamb ribs marinated in honey and red wine, then baked to perfection.

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs lamb ribs
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ cup red wine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Season lamb ribs with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
In a bowl, mix honey, red wine, and minced garlic.
Place ribs in a baking dish and pour the honey-wine mixture over them.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting occasionally.
