  • 2 lbs lamb ribs
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ cup red wine
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Season lamb ribs with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
  3. In a bowl, mix honey, red wine, and minced garlic.
  4. Place ribs in a baking dish and pour the honey-wine mixture over them.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
  6. Remove foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting occasionally.
