Lamb Scallopini with Pepper and Onion

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Lamb cutlets thinly sliced
- 1 Red bell pepper sliced
- 1 Yellow bell pepper sliced
- 1 Onion sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the lamb cutlets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
3. Remove the lamb from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add the garlic, onion, and bell peppers. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Return the lamb to the skillet, add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
7. Serve hot.
