Ingredients

  • 500 g Lamb, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Add lamb cubes to the marinade, mix well, and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Thread the marinated lamb onto skewers.
  5. 5. Grill the lamb skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked to your liking.
  6. 6. Serve hot with pita bread and tzatziki sauce.
