Leg of Lamb with Garlic and Beer

Main Ingredients
- 1 leg Lamb about 5 pounds
- 6 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 bottle Beer dark beer preferred
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Rosemary fresh, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Rub the garlic mixture all over the leg of lamb.
Place the lamb in a roasting pan and pour the beer over it.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
Let the lamb rest for 15 minutes before carving.
