  • 2 stalks Lemongrass finely chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
