- 1 lb Ground beef
- 2 stalks Lemongrass finely chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
2. Divide the mixture into 8 portions and shape each portion around a skewer.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
