Main Ingredients
- 500 g Ground lamb
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg beaten
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper.
Mix everything together until well combined.
Form the mixture into small meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or over a bed of rice.
