Loaded Pulled Pork Totchos Recipe

- 1 bag Frozen Tater Tots
- 2 cups Pulled Pork pre-cooked
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- ¼ cup Chopped Green Onions
- ¼ cup Sliced Jalapenos optional
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Spread the tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions until crispy.
While the tots are baking, warm up the pulled pork in a microwave or on the stovetop.
Once the tots are done, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Return to the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and top with the warmed pulled pork, sour cream, chopped green onions, and sliced jalapenos if using.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
