Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Lobster meat cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Fish stock
  • 1 cup Tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the flour and cook, stirring constantly, for about 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Slowly whisk in the fish stock and bring to a simmer.
  4. 4. Add the tomato paste, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the lobster meat and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Remove from heat and blend until smooth.
  7. 7. Return to the pot, stir in the heavy cream, and heat through.
  8. 8. Serve hot, garnished with additional lobster meat if desired.
