Lobster Rolls Recipe
Classic New England lobster rolls with tender lobster meat, mayo, and a touch of lemon.

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Cooked lobster meat chopped
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 4 Hot dog buns split-top
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
- ¼ teaspoon Salt to taste
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper to taste
1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add lobster and cook until bright red, about 8-10 minutes. Remove and let cool.
2. Chop the lobster meat into bite-sized pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
3. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the lobster meat. Mix gently to combine.
4. Brush the inside of the hot dog buns with melted butter. Toast them in a skillet until golden brown.
5. Fill each bun with the lobster mixture. Serve immediately.
