Ingredients 

Lox Ingredients

  • 1 lb Salmon Fillet skin-on
  • ¼ cup Kosher Salt
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Black Pepper coarsely ground
  • 1 bunch Dill fresh

Instructions 

  1. Mix salt, sugar, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Place salmon on plastic wrap, skin side down. Cover with salt mixture and dill.
  3. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Place on baking sheet and weigh down.
  4. Refrigerate for 48 hours, turning every 12 hours.
  5. Rinse off cure, pat dry, and slice thinly to serve.
