  • 1 lb Mahi Mahi fillets cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 8 small Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup Pico de gallo
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • 1 Lime cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Rub the mixture onto the Mahi Mahi strips.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the Mahi Mahi strips for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  3. 3. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  4. 4. Assemble the tacos by placing Mahi Mahi strips on the tortillas, then top with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, and a dollop of sour cream. Serve with lime wedges.
