Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Mahi Mahi fillets cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 8 small Tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded cabbage
- 1 cup Pico de gallo
- ½ cup Sour cream
- 1 Lime cut into wedges
1. In a mixing bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Rub the mixture onto the Mahi Mahi strips.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the Mahi Mahi strips for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
3. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
4. Assemble the tacos by placing Mahi Mahi strips on the tortillas, then top with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, and a dollop of sour cream. Serve with lime wedges.
