- 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, black pepper, and dried oregano.
3. Place pork chops in the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let them sit for at least 10 minutes.
4. Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish and pour the remaining marinade over them.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
6. Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
