Ingredients 

Marinated Chicken

  • 500 g Chicken Breast sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano dried
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper ground

Pita Sandwich

  • 4 pieces Pita Bread
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup Tomato diced
  • 0.5 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 0.5 cup Red Onion sliced
  • 0.5 cup Tzatziki Sauce

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken slices and mix well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken slices for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  3. 3. Warm the pita bread on the grill pan for about 1 minute on each side.
  4. 4. Assemble the sandwiches by placing grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and red onion inside each pita bread. Drizzle with tzatziki sauce.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
