Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Crab meat preferably lump
  • 1 cup Corn fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Green beans chopped
  • 1 cup Carrots diced
  • 1 cup Potatoes diced
  • 1 can Tomatoes diced
  • 1 quart Beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, combine beef broth, tomatoes, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Add potatoes, carrots, green beans, and corn. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in crab meat and cook for another 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
