Ingredients 

Meatballs

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 4 Hoagie Rolls
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. In a skillet, heat the marinara sauce over medium heat. Add the cooked meatballs and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Place the hoagie rolls on a baking sheet. Fill each roll with meatballs and sauce, then top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
