Ingredients 

Burger Patties

  • 1 lb Ground Lamb
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 4 pieces Burger Buns

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper, garlic, and parsley. Mix until well combined.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  4. 4. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  5. 5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or two until lightly browned.
  6. 6. Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and serve immediately.
