Mediterranean Lamb Burgers

Burger Patties
- 1 lb Ground Lamb
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- ¼ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 4 pieces Burger Buns
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper, garlic, and parsley. Mix until well combined.
3. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
4. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or two until lightly browned.
6. Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and serve immediately.
