Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork shoulder cut into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 400 g Canned tomatoes diced
  • 4 Flour tortillas
  • 100 g Cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 1 cup Sour cream

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  3. Add the pork pieces and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in cumin and chili powder, cook for another minute.
  5. Add the canned tomatoes and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  7. Assemble the burritos by placing pork mixture, cheese, lettuce, avocado, and sour cream on each tortilla. Roll up and serve.
