Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Pork Chops
  • 1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. 2. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add pork chops and cook until browned on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until tender.
  4. 4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Return pork chops to the skillet and cook for another 5-7 minutes, until sauce thickens and pork is cooked through.
  5. 5. Serve hot, spooning mushroom sauce over the pork chops.
