Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Pork Chops
- 1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
2. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add pork chops and cook until browned on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until tender.
4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Return pork chops to the skillet and cook for another 5-7 minutes, until sauce thickens and pork is cooked through.
5. Serve hot, spooning mushroom sauce over the pork chops.
