- 4 pieces Pork Chops
- 2 cups Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops until browned on both sides.
Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish.
In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until tender.
Add heavy cream to the mushrooms and bring to a simmer.
Pour the mushroom sauce over the pork chops in the baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the pork chops are cooked through.
