  • 4 pieces Pork Chops
  • 2 cups Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops until browned on both sides.
  4. Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish.
  5. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until tender.
  6. Add heavy cream to the mushrooms and bring to a simmer.
  7. Pour the mushroom sauce over the pork chops in the baking dish.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the pork chops are cooked through.
